Kein Windhauch regt sich, leichter Nebel zieht über die spiegelglatte Wasseroberfläche als Sabina den Anker aufholt. Sie hebt die Hand, unser Signal das der Anker ausgebrochen ist, ich geben langsam Gas und wir nehmen Kurs auf die noch geschlossenen Brücke am Ende des Lefkaskanals. Noch 15 Minuten bis zur Brückenöffnung. Die letzten paaar hundert Meter tuckern wir im Standgas zu den zwei bereits wartenden Booten. Schließlich fahre ich noch einen Kringel bevor sich die Brückenfähre seitwärts bewegt, während Sabina das Großsegel auspackt. Hier wo keine Häuser stehen weht bereits leichter Ostwind. Wir fahren als Letzte hinaus aufs ionische Meer, bevor wir aus der Kanaleinfahrt nach Norden schwenken setzt Sabina das Großsegel. Ich steuere nach Norden auf die Einfahrtstonnen nach Preveza zu, natürlich kann ich sie nur am Kartenplotter sehen. An der Steuerbordseite sehen wir die kleine Kapelle auf ihrer Sandinsel, hinter den Dünen in der Lagune. Gemeinsam setzten wir die Genua, nach ein paar hundert Metern schalte ich den Motor wieder aus. Mit 3-3,5 Knoten segeln wir ca 60° am Wind unseren Kurs. Ich zupfe noch ein wenig an den Schoten, öffne das Groß ein wenig, fast vier Knoten. Gegen 9h hat der Wind auf 10-12 Knoten aufgefrischt, mit 4,5 Knoten segeln wir am Flughafen in Aktio vorbei. Als wir zwischen erstem und zweitem Tonnenpaar das Fahrwasser nach Preveza erreichen, rollen wir die Genua ein und starten wieder den Motor. Eine halbe Stunde später erreichen wir den Ankerplatz nordöstlich der Marina Preveza. Wir setzen den Anker auf drei Meter Tiefe. Leider kommt der Wind jetzt aus Südost und Squib schaukelt ein wenig auf und ab, die Wellen sind aber so hoch, dass wir den Dingiausflug in die Stadt auf morgen verschieben, wir haben wenig Lust auf nasse Hintern. Gegen 17h dreht dann der Wind auf Nord, die Wellen lassen nach, wir bleiben aber an Bord, da wir noch einige Vorräte aufbrauchen müssen.
Am nächsten Vormittag ist es dann spiegelglatt und wir fahren mit dem Schlauchboot in den Fischerhafen, wo wir das Dingi liegen lassen, während wir uns auf die Suche nach einem Koffer machen. Wenn wir bis Wien gekommen wären, hätten wir keine Koffer gebraucht, aber jetzt müssen wir unser Gewand irgenwie mitnehmen. In der Fußgängerzone werden wir fündig und kaufen eine große leichte Sporttasche mit Rädern und Handgriff. Ich bekomme eine SMS vom ehemaligem Wiener Gruppenleiter des Ösyc, Michael. Seine Frau und er werden morgen auch in Preveza sein und wir machen uns ein Treffen für den Abend aus. Gemeinsam finden wir eine nette Taverne in einer der hinteren Seitengasssen, wo man wie früher statt eine Speisekarten zu bekommen, in die Küche zum in die Töpfe schaun geführt wird. Hier gibt es endlich mit Zwiebel gefüllte geschmorte Melanzani, die wir Beide so gerne essen. Unser Krantermin wird auf 10h vormittags am nächsten Tag angesetzt.
