Ein toller Segeltag

Bereits nach 100 gefahrenen Metern kann ich den Motor wieder abstellen, wir setzten noch die Genua und langsam segeln wir nach Osten aus der Bucht. Bei Windstärke 2. So brauchen wir fast eine halbe Stunde, bis wir die kleine vorgelagerte Insel runden, um Kurs auf Nydri nehmen zu können. Sabina übernimmt das Steuer, ich trimme noch die Segel bevor ich Zähne putzen gehe. Ein paar Böen aus Süd beschleunigen uns auf 4-5 Knoten, dazwischen sind wir kaum schneller als 2,5 Knoten. Wir segeln südlich an den Untiefen zwischen Skorpios und Meganisi vorbei, der Wind frischt auf, kommt mehr aus Südwest, wir nehmen die Segel dichter, 5 Knoten. Auf ein paar hundert Metern haben wir dann 20 Knoten Wind, erst als wir Meganisi passiert haben lässt er wieder nach und dreht auf Süd. Wir gehen dann noch eine halbe Meile vor den Wind, damit wir dann die Einfahrt in die Tranquilbay ansteuern können, ohne dass das Großsegel die Genua abdeckt. Als wir die kleine Kapelle vor der Einfahrt passieren, kommt der Wind wieder fast von Vorne, doch wir haben die Genua schon weggedreht und motoren, die letzte halbe Meile zum Ankerplatz. Insgesamt haben wir heute den Motor nur 1o Minuten angehabt, ein toller Segeltag.
