18 Juni, 2018 | Kategorie: Segeln 2009 | 12.585 KommentareDie Entschleunigung hat uns gepackt. Während täglich Schiffe kommen und gehen, bleiben wir fast eine ganze Woche am selben Ankerplatz. Die Temperaturen steigen in dem Maße in dem der Wind abflaut. Jeden Tag zeigt unser Wasserthermometer mehr Grade an, 24,4°, 25,5°, 26,3°, 27,4° und dann sogar 28°C. Allerdings trifft das nur auf den obersten halben Meter zu, darunter ist es doch kühler. Wir schnorcheln, fahren mit dem Schlauchboot an Land und essen in der griechischen Taverne, die auf der anderen Seite der Bucht liegt, eine viertel Stunde zu Fuß entfernt. Dort gibt es auch einen kleinen Shop, wo wir uns mit etwas Obst und frischem Brot versorgen können. Mehrmals pro Tag springen wir ins Wasser, so richtige Relaxtage für uns
Eines Nachmittags läuft eine Ketch aus Großbritannien ein und versucht neben uns anzulegen. An Bord eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Weil es ja sonst nichts zu tun gibt beobachten wir natürlich das Anlegemanöver, das dann nach einer Stunde auch wirklich erledigt scheint, bis etwas Seitenwind aufkommt und der Anker zu rutschen beginnt. Also setzt der Vater seinen Sohn im Volksschulalter ins Schlauchboot mit dem Auftrag, die beiden Landleinen bereit zu halten und holt den Anker auf um ihm neu zu setzten. Plötzlich hallt panisches Geschrei über die Bucht, der Bub hat eine Leine verloren. Sabina hat erbarmen und schwimmt rüber, während sie die eine Leine holt fällt ihm die zweite ins Wasser, was das hysterische Geschrei weiter steigert. Sabina kann ihm nicht beruhigen, weil dann auch noch ein paar Wespen herumschwirren, vor denen er Angst hat. Währenddessen versuchen seine Eltern ihm von 50m Entfernung zu beruhigen, leider ohne Erfolg. Mit dem Manöver geht es nicht weiter, der Anker ist wieder oben mit einem dickem Büschel Seegras dran, welches von der ca. 6-jährigen Tochter entfernt wird. Die Eltern sind paralysiert, bis ich mich ins Schlauchboot setzte und hinfahre und verspreche ebenfalls zu helfen. Ich empfehle ihm eine Stelle weiter innen in der Bucht, wo es kein Seegras gibt und montiere dann eine Landleine am Ufer ab, während Sabina die Zweite holt. Er lässt dann den Anker ca 50m vor dem Ufer fallen, wo ich es gezeigt habe, während ich schon die Leine an Land festgemacht habe und mit dem Dingi zum Heck bringe. Sabina ist dann auch gleich zur Stelle und endlich ist das Boot dann fest, während der Bub mit dem eigenem Schlauchboot heran rudert. Uns sind diese Eltern mit der Schiffsführung völlig überfordert vorgekommen.
Doch leider ist für das folgende Wochenende Schlechtwetter angesagt, das wollen wir lieber an einem mehr geschützten Ort verbringen.
